A Japanese manufacturer with over 100 years of history in the beauty and medical equipment industry is seeking an Electrician / Electronics Repair Technician (m/f/d) for its office near Frankfurt. They are operating their business in 120 countries, and their European entities are in the UK, France, Italy, and Germany. The German entity primarily focuses on dental medical devices and beauty salon equipment, employing around 20 staff members. This position is being offered as part of a team expansion due to business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Delivery, installation, and repair of beauty salon equipment or dental medical devices
On-site service visits to customer locations (operations span approximately 20 countries)
Technical communication and coordination with distributor technicians
Customer service and technical support
Inventory and warehouse management
Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
Job Requirements
Apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering
Flexibility to travel for on-site service visits to customer locations (spanning approximately 20 countries)
Business-level German and English are mandatory
Strong communication skills for customer interactions (in person, via email, or phone)
Driver’s license is mandatory
Benefits
Working hours: 37.5 hours/week (Mo-Th: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Fr: 8:00 am - 1:30 pm)
