One of leading Japanese machinery manufacturers specialising in a cutting edge custom-made logistic systems and WMS (warehouse management system) is looking for a English Speaking Field Service Technician(f/m/d) in Willich.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation of machines and FA systems at Company's clients' places in Germany and Europe (such as Sweden, Poland, France, Italy)
- Providing technical support for Company's clients
- Inspects and evaluates clients' usage of Company products
- Performing highest possible standard of maintenance for Company's products
- High level communication with Company's clients and respond to their need accordingly
- Close cooperation with the clients' employees including their training and instruction on Company's machines
- Ability to travel frequently ( approx. 50%）
- Business fluent in English (+ other European languages and Japanese are an asset)
- Technical background preferably mechatronics, electric or mechanics
- Valid driver's license
- MS Office
- Knowledge of PLC is preferred
