JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide after-sales services and technical support for customers in Germany; for example commissioning, troubleshooting, routine maintenance (preventive and corrective), calibration, update, extension, replacement, etc.
- Be the first point of contact for technical services and support to clients as well as Identify complex technical problems/errors and make analysis through remote or on-site activity to ensure the optimum efficiency of the system
- Train clients on the proper use, care, and maintenance of products and systems to ensure safe and effective operations
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, equipment history, and inventory management
- Nurture client relationships and connections with promptly and professionally responding to their enquiries and requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a services technician or engineer
- Strong background in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Apprenticeship experience as an electrical/electronics technician is a must
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions
- Holding an EU driving license - Class B
- Able to travel 70% of work within responsible territory
- Eligible to work in the EU
- C1 or Native German-speaking and business-level English communication skills
