A leading Japanese chemical manufacturer is recruiting a Customer Service Representative / Supply Chain Coordinator for its European headquarters in Düsseldorf. This position combines customer service tasks with supply chain responsibilities and requires flexibility to work effectively within a small team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
・Process customer orders and handle client inquiries
・Manage supply chain-related tasks such as forecast planning and inventory checks
・Gradually take on coordination and management responsibilities, including interdepartmental adjustments, data organization, and ad-hoc tasks, based on proficiency
JOB REQUIREMENTS
・Business-level proficiency in English for work execution
・Practical experience in customer service, sales administration, order management, or supply chain-related tasks
・Valid work authorization in Germany
