A Japanese manufacturer for thermal and inkjet products look for a Customer support staff in Willich. Their entity in German established in 1991, currently there are less than 10 people. Due to their business expand, they plan to increase their organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communication and support with existing customers
- Support for the sales team
- Order and shipping operations
- Some office experience (min 1 years)
- MS-Office and General PC skills
- Native level German, Business level English (Japanese is also advantage)
OTHERS
- Working hours: 8:00-16:30 (including min 30 mins break, 40 h/w flex)
- Home office available for 2 days a week (after the prevention period ends)
- Holidays: 30 days
- Commuting allowance: Gasoline cost support €50 /month
- Work location: Willich
