Job Responsibilities
- Act as a technical consultant for façade and surface solutions, supporting architects, designers, and construction professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide design recommendations and technical guidance for material selection, performance specifications, and installation methods.
- Collaborate with internal teams and headquarters to ensure compliance with quality standards and sustainability objectives.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and propose innovative solutions for complex façade applications.
- Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports for client presentations and project approvals.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to strengthen market presence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in façade engineering, including design, consultancy, or building envelope solutions.
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field; specialization in façade engineering is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of materials, structural performance, and thermal/acoustic properties.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with BIM workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German. Other European languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in an international environment.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and innovative façade technologies is highly desirable.
