A major Japanese chemical manufacturer is looking for a General Affairs & Logistics (Sales Support) (m/f/d) staff member at their German branch (near Frankfurt area).
Job Responsibilities
General Affairs
Contract and document management
Attendance management
Expatriate support (via legal professionals), including:
Visa applications
Resident registration
Rental agreements
Bank account setup
Driver’s license applications
Company mobile phone contracts
Company car leasing
Company car management (new/renewal lease contracts, scheduling appointments for tire replacement and repairs, etc.)
Support for various contracts (e.g., credit insurance, subscriptions), including communication with clients during contract initiation and renewal
Other general administrative tasks
Logistics / Sales Support
Order processing using SAP (creating purchase orders, instructions to suppliers, issuing invoices, etc.)
Communication with clients regarding order processing (order confirmation, delivery schedules, invoice and PO dispatch, etc.)
Credit management (monitoring delayed payments, credit checks with clients)
Inventory management (maintaining inventory sheets, coordinating with the sales team)
Job Requirements
General affairs or logistics experience is required
Business-level proficiency in German and English
Japanese language skills are not required, but are beneficial
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP is a plus

Full-time, permanent position
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 (40 hours/week)
Location: Near Frankfurt (Raunheim)
Remote work available 2–3 days per week
