Job Responsibilities
Payroll calculation (PRG)
Respond to incoming queries (internal/external)
Assist IT department
Support Ausbildung
Accompany evaluation process
Organize company events
Recruitment of new colleagues
Support colleagues through work life from onboarding to termination
Assist expatriates
And other relevant tasks
Job Requirements
You have 3+ years of relevant experience in HR
You work proficiently with MS Office and HRWorks
Strong service orientation and proactively respond to customer needs
Strong communication skills in German and English as well as empathy and intercultural competence
Analytic and careful working style with a high affinity for IT
Flexibility and resilience, customer orientation and ability to work in a team
Very good communication and organizational skills as well as a proactive way of working
