Job Responsibilities
- Payroll calculation (PRG)
- Respond to incoming queries (internal/external)
- Assist IT department
- Support Ausbildung
- Accompany evaluation process
- Organize company events
- Recruitment of new colleagues
- Support colleagues through work life from onboarding to termination
- Assist expatriates
- And other relevant tasks
Job Requirements
- You have 3+ years of relevant experience in HR
- You work proficiently with MS Office and HRWorks
- Strong service orientation and proactively respond to customer needs
- Strong communication skills in German and English as well as empathy and intercultural competence
- Analytic and careful working style with a high affinity for IT
- Flexibility and resilience, customer orientation and ability to work in a team
- Very good communication and organizational skills as well as a proactive way of working
