Job Responsibilities
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Developing relationships within a designated Territory with local HCPs for a portfolio of pharmaceutical drugs and / or devices.
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Responsible for the sales situation within the assigned area.
Initiation, participation and support of congresses and trade fairs, also at weekends.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Job Requirements
- Native level German and business level English proficiency.
- 2years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the rare disease or dermatology field.
