JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
For system planning:
Audio planning of PA systems and voice alarm systems
Preparation of specifications in GAEB format
Analysis of external specifications and implementation on company systems
Speaker placement in architectural layouts
Acoustic simulations on PC and measurement of SPL and STI values on projects
Project support and telephone support for customers and colleagues
Training customers on our system components
For maritime planning:
Development and planning of electroacoustic systems for ships and maritime facilities
Integration of voice alarm and emergency warning systems for maritime environments
Analysis and adaptation of international standards for maritime applications
Optimization of acoustic solutions for specific maritime challenges
Technical support and training for customers from the maritime sector
Combined tasks:
Planing and development of electroacoustic systems for buildings, industry, and maritime applications
Audio planning of PA systems and voice alarm systems, including integration into maritime facilities
Preparation and adaptation of specifications in GAEB format
Analysis of external specifications and implementation on company systems
Speaker placement in architectural layouts and optimization of acoustic solutions for specific challenges
Conducting acoustic simulations and measurement of SPL and STI values on projects
Analysis and adaptation of relevant standards for emergency warning systems and voice alarm systems in different environments
Project support and telephone support for customers and colleagues
Technical training for customers on our system components
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A degree in in media/electrical engineering or vocational training as a technician
Ideally , experience in the project planning of electroacoustic systems, especially voice alarm systems, and in sales — pre-sales and post-sales
Good handling of relevant standards for emergency warning systems and voice alarm systems and in reading building plans
Experience with MS Office packages, EASE (AFMG), AutoCAD (Autodesk), and SAP would be advantageous
Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
Driver's license for manual transmission (B/BE)
