Our Japanese client ,based in Eschborn, is a dynamic and international team focused on the commercialization of innovative medical devices in the field of extracorporeal blood treatment (e.g. lipoprotein apheresis) and interventional cardiology and neuroradiology in the European market. The company covers all areas of a modern and innovative medical technology company. 

To strengthen their team in the field of neurovascular radiology, they are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) for the NRW & Niedersachsen region in Germany, starting January 1, 2026.

In this challenging and at the same time exciting sales task in medical technology, the Sales Representative (m/f/d) establishes himself as a reliable partner for customers in his/her region and continuously expands the customer base in the region. He/she works for customers in his/her sales area, based on home office.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales performance and market development for the neurovascular product portfolio within your assigned territory

  • Maintain and expand relationships with key customers

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic customer partnerships

  • Plan and execute product presentations, clinical trainings, and workshops for healthcare professionals

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and product management to support sales objectives

  • Represent the company at national and international congresses, symposia, and events

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular reports and insights to sales management

     

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5+ years of proven sales experience in medical implant business, experiences in the neurovascular field beneficial

  • Strong understanding of the hospital environment, especially in neurovascular networks

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a territory, and deliver results.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in German, good  English skills

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
