JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Travel to client locations in Germany to provide installation, testing, and calibration products and systems to ensure they meet standards
Pinpoint the problem(s) or any issues which arise during installation and commissioning, and provide resolutions efficiently
Be a key person in ensuring customer success by providing comprehensive training to clients on the products/systems to ensure effective usage and operations
Work closely with the research and development department to provide feedback on system performance and identify areas for improvement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a services technician or engineer
- Strong background in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Apprenticeship experience as an electrical/electronics technician is a must
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions
- Holding an EU driving license - Class B
- Able to travel 70% of work within responsible territory
- Eligible to work in the EU
- C1 or Native German-speaking and business-level English communication skills
