JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full B2B sales cycle, including:

 

  • Building and qualifying pipeline through outbound prospecting

  • Running discovery calls and tailored product demos

  • Handling objections and negotiating contracts

  • Closing deals with mid-sized industrial clients

  • Mapping GenAI solutions to real business challenges

  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape go-to-market strategy

 

You will engage with decision-makers in Germany’s engineering-driven Mittelstand, where sales cycles are consultative and value-driven.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Qualifications (All must be met):

  • Native-level German (spoken and written)

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in a fast-paced, consultative environment (startup, scale-up, or high-velocity consultancy)

  • Proven track record of full-cycle sales ownership (prospecting  discovery  business case  negotiation  close)

  • Exposure to GenAI or SaaS platforms at a coaching/enablement level

  • Evidence of success: quota attainment, new logo acquisition, ACV range, sales cycle length, cold-sourced wins

  • Strong understanding of the German Mittelstand and industrial sector

  • Willingness to work 100% on-site in Munich (no remote/hybrid)

  • Full legal right to work in Germany
