JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full B2B sales cycle, including:
Building and qualifying pipeline through outbound prospecting
Running discovery calls and tailored product demos
Handling objections and negotiating contracts
Closing deals with mid-sized industrial clients
Mapping GenAI solutions to real business challenges
Collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape go-to-market strategy
You will engage with decision-makers in Germany’s engineering-driven Mittelstand, where sales cycles are consultative and value-driven.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Qualifications (All must be met):
Native-level German (spoken and written)
2–3 years of B2B sales experience in a fast-paced, consultative environment (startup, scale-up, or high-velocity consultancy)
Proven track record of full-cycle sales ownership (prospecting → discovery → business case → negotiation → close)
Exposure to GenAI or SaaS platforms at a coaching/enablement level
Evidence of success: quota attainment, new logo acquisition, ACV range, sales cycle length, cold-sourced wins
Strong understanding of the German Mittelstand and industrial sector
Willingness to work 100% on-site in Munich (no remote/hybrid)
Full legal right to work in Germany
BENEFITS
Base Salary: €60,000–90,000 gross
Variable Compensation: Uncapped commission starting from €20,000+, paid quarterly
