A leading distributor of industrial capital equipment.  Supplying equipment that meets the highest standards for optimal performance and is frequently used in industrial applications, including semiconductor, solar, LED, and chemical industries.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Customer Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.), identify their needs, and propose tailored solutions that add value to their business.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competition activities. Utilize this information to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, features, pricing, and policies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly track and report on sales activities and outcomes to the management team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Native in German and Fluent in English.
  • Proven sales experience in B2B, preferably in a semiconductor related industry. (more than 5 years)
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a proven track record in sales minimum 5 years, and has a strong ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and cooperative skills.
  • Having a driver’s license and flexibility to do the sales activity by car



JOB RESPONSIBILITY
  • Developing budgets and strategies for the sales department.
  • Analysis of the current situation, visualization, identification of issues and implementation of measures
  • Planning of business improvement measures
  • Liaising with other departments
