JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide onsite IT technical support for hardware, software, network, and server relevant issues at a customer’s site
  • Support for both incidents and services related to PC/Laptop/Printer/Scanner/other peripheral Hardware/Software setup and installation on infrastructure networks
  • Monitor and be in charge of the ticketing system resolutions
  • Deliver timely and accurate customer support for various hardware and software issues.
  • Work alongside the Engineering team to Identify and analyse solutions

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 1 years of proven experience as an IT technical service, IT help desk, IT support
  • Able to work on-site 100%
  • Able to understand Service Level Agreement (L1 and L2)
  • Knowledgeable in computer basic hardware and software
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions
  • Eligible to work in Germany
  • Business-level English communication skills and German communication skills will be a plus
 
OTHERS:
  • This position is a 6-month contract and can be extended
  • Work day: Monday - Friday
  • Work time: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
