Overview
Our client stands for first-class energy distribution and supply with tailor-made solutions. They are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) maintenance manager (m/f/d) on site in Mannheim.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and continuous optimization of existing maintenance processes to increase availability and efficiency.
- Development and implementation of preventive maintenance concepts (maintenance plans, lifecycle analyses, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance).
- Introduction and maintenance of a KPI system to measure and control maintenance performance.
- Initiation and management of projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the maintenance area.
- Close cooperation with production, engineering, and external service providers to ensure smooth maintenance processes.
- Training and support of the maintenance team in the introduction of new processes and digital tools (e.g., CMMS, SAP PM).
- Strategic planning of spare parts supply and spare parts management.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance, ideally with a focus on preventive or condition-based maintenance (TPM, Lean, Predictive Maintenance)
- Technical training with a focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar (technician, engineer, master craftsman)
- In-depth knowledge of modern maintenance processes and tools (maintenance planning, CMMS/SAP PM, condition monitoring)
- Experience in process analysis and optimization, e.g., with lean methods, PDCA, FMEA, FMECA
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented thinking
- Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP an advantage)
- Leadership skills and experience in training employees
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and assertiveness
- Business fluent German, good English skills required
