This is a global company with bases in Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. Especially in Europe, the company mainly handles automotive products and soldering products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- responsible for management and business operations as the head of the German subsidiary, which has sales, production, R&D, and quality control functions
- Planning business strategies, organizational operation, management, and implementation of measures
- Balance with outsourcing companies for labor management, accounting, IT, etc.
- Business trip to Japan (about once a year)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in corporate planning/business operations
- Languages: Native level German and business level English
- Experience in organizational management (approx. 30 staff) in German
- Sales experience in the electronics or automotive components industry is a plus
