JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical service, installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, advice, and issue resolution of products and systems via phone, email, or in-person
- Conduct product or service demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for customers as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development
- Develop technical documentation, such as user manuals, FAQs, and technical bulletins
- Participate in the development of training programs for internal staff in Germany
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Services or Support Engineer
- Strong technical knowledge of sound systems, voice alarms, wireless systems, audio systems, or relevant products are preferred
- The position requires frequent travel 60-70% within Spain
- Holding an EU driving license would be advantaged
- Business level in Spanish and English communication skills
