A pioneering Japanese company in vacuum solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer EMEA (m/f/d) in Munich.
Job Responsibilities
Install, start-up and service our equipment and components
Troubleshoot, analyze defects and repair our systems in the field
Technical support in-house and onsite customers
Sales Support for spare parts, components, service and special technical solutions
Technical support for tests and special applications of our customers in the laboratories
Preventive maintenance and addressing the challenges presented by our customers
Train customers on our products
Job Requirements
High technical competence i.e. Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or technician with 3-5 years of experience
Experience in vacuum technology is an advantage. Also experience in plumbing, fluids and robotics is desirable
Experience in troubleshooting and solving complex technical issues
Knowledge of and an attitude for working on mechanical, computer, electrical, pneumatics and electro-mechanical control systems
Well-organized, able to work in a team as well as independently
Speaking English fluently and good interpersonal skills
High flexibility, motivation and willing to travel within Europe and overseas regularly
